Rules & Registration Guidelines

All participants must complete the official conference registration form to attend the event.

Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the applicable registration fee.

An official confirmation email and invoice will be sent upon successful registration.

Registration fees apply per individual and are non-transferable without prior approval.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

For bank transfers, participants must ensure all bank charges are covered by the payer.

Registration will be confirmed only after payment is received and verified.

In case of online payment issues, delegates may request alternative payment options.

 

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refund eligibility:

Cancellations made 60 days before the conference: eligible for partial refund (administrative charges apply).

Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event: non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows and Discounted tickets.

Substitutions may be allowed with prior notification.
